The twist is simple: AI is part of the creative workflow too. It helps with transcription, synthesis, structure, and editing experiments; the story and responsibility stay grounded in real people doing real work.

The goal is not startup theater. It is a more honest record of decisions, constraints, mistakes, progress, and the human work behind an AI-native company.
